Lakewood City Council revisiting the VICIOUS Pit Bull Issue, and not joining Cleveland with abolishing the ban altogether, and putting some real laws into place that prosecute the bad owners of all breeds, and really help to protect the public. Sugar coating just in time for the holidays.
