Last week, as part of our Visions for Vacancies series, we asked Lakewood readers to share their ideas for the vacant .

As expected, your nominations rolled in.

So now, we’ll put it to a vote.

These don’t usually go anywhere, but it’s sort of a fun exercise.

After, a Lakewood Patch reader suggested that we look into property.

It’s not listed for sale.

The building, directly to the south of the , was most recently the home to North Coast Extreme. 

Dru Siley, the city’s director of planning and development, said even though the North Coast Extreme building isn’t on Detroit Avenue, it’s still a “perfect” location — particularly for businesses that don’t require curb appeal.
