Consider Clifton Blvd. off the Shoreway, from West Blvd west to the busy intersection at W 117th St. & Clifton, full of business, apartments, residents of all ages crossing the street, cars turning left & right, bycyclist, joggers, numerous RTA stops.  Would it make sense to lower the speed limit to 25 mph?
