Thanks Mr Mayor. I can see this has spurred many more building owners along Detroit into renovating their storefronts. Well done. I am looking forward to the Madison project and am hoping it does the same thing.

I saw the pie charts, but no county dollars? Am I missing something here?
Michael P. Summers July 13, 2012 at 12:38 PM
From Mike Summers: Steve, No county dollars on Detroit. it is a State Route. Madison Ave is a County road. We are working hard to get county support for its resurfacing (a $2.3 million dollar project)

Thank you for the response Mayor Summers. I am sure Ed Fitzgerald will come thru for His home city, Lakewood, for the Madison project.
