~'~ North Coast Holistic Festival - Avon, September 7-8 Please Join Me! ~'~

A second North Coast Holistic Festival is planned for September 7-8. It will be held at The Avon Café and Coffee House at 37300 Detroit Road in Avon. Hours are 10 a.m.–6 p.m. both days. The outdoor festival will present products, services and information on holistic health, alternative medicine and sustainable living in a vendor style format. There will also be several expert speakers on hand both days, presenting various related topics of interest.

Following the success of their first festival held last May, Pat Uhr and I have expanded the festivals to include a broader range of information, as well as more activities for all ages. We want to reach out to the community to provide information on healthy living for all ages – kids, parents and grandparents; and have a lot of fun in the process.

Activities at the festival will include performances by local musicians, all-ages drum circles, healing treatments, yoga classes, face painting, henna tattoos, hula hoop demonstrations, a children’s craft project, and a Chinese Auction with raffle prizes.

Admission is $5 per day and includes admission to all of the activities and speakers. Children under 12 get in free. Psychic mediums will also be on hand to provide personal readings at a small additional fee.

The festival is being sponsored by The Avon Café and Coffee House and Avon Lake Community Television. A full menu including sandwiches, salads, smoothies, milk shakes and ice cream will be available at the coffee house. Pat and I plan to donate all proceeds from the Chinese Auction to the Avon Boy Scout troop.

Join me! Visit http://lovinghandsyoga.com/holistic-fairs.html for more details. The tented festival will be held rain or shine.

Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend!
