9th Annual Hair of the Dog – this Thursday!

Don't miss out on our biggest fundraiser of the year – our Hair of the Dog Happy Hour! It's being held this Thursday, May 23, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at Around the Corner (18616 Detroit Ave). Admission is $25, and includes entertainment, open bar, appetizers and the best silent auction in Lakewood!

Our silent auction features more than 60 lots this year, including thousands of dollars worth of great products, gift certificates, art work and more. The generous donations from local businesses and artists, combined with your support, are what make this event so successful each year.
 
As always, 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the homeless animals at the Lakewood Animal Shelter. Money raised from this fundraiser is used for our low-cost spay/neuter partnership with the Cleveland Animal Protective League, as well as other bills related mostly to maintaining the health of the animals during their stay at our shelter.
