Free Hypnosis Program Slated ... You're Getting Very Interested

If you want help keeping your New Year's resolutions, hypnosis might be the answer.

January is a great time to find out more about hypnosis, as professionals around the globe offer free programs to celebrate World Hypnotism Day.

I am offering a free informational program in Lakewood. I've worked with more than 900 clients since becoming certified in hypnosis and stress management by the National Guild of Hypnotists.

The program is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday (Jan. 7) in the Lakewood Holistic Wellness Center, 16903 Fischer Road, off Rocky River Drive — near the McKinley Avenue entrance to Interstate 90. 

The program will include a demonstration of hypnosis and a group session. There will be ample time for questions. 

A resident of West Park, Masek also serves on the Board of the NE Ohio Chapter of the American Holistic Medical Association. A veteran of Toastmasters International, he is available for public speaking on hypnosis and stress management.

Besides hypnosis, the Lakewood Holistic Wellness Center offers all forms of massage. reflexology, polarity therapy and meditation. It is owned by Sandra Sorbin, who formed Your Holistic Health Team in 2009. The team operates holistic centers in Richfield and Lakewood, and they share a Web site.
