Garfield Students Get Extraordinary Haircuts
Revelations Hair Salon and Spa on Detroit Avenue hosted the middle school's annual Locks of Love event.
Almost 20 students and staff from Garfield Middle School got haircuts at Revelations Hair Salon and Spa on Wednesday.
But these were no ordinary haircuts. And, these were no ordinary students.
As part of an annual tradition at the school, the idea is for students and staff to get together to donate their hair to to Locks of Love, an organization that helps people undergoing chemo treatment.
