10th Annual Lakewood Hospital Ambulance Chase

Presented by Donald Martens & Sons- The 10th Annual Ambulance Chase- 5K Race/Walk and 1.5 Mile Walk will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2011.  All proceeds will benefit a variety of programs and services provided at Lakewood Hospital.  Join us for this great community event. 

$20 pre-registration (by April 22nd)  $25 thereafter and Race day

Team Rate- 10 or more: $15 per person
