Stiletto Dropkick

Stiletto Dropkick is a showcase of some of the finest female artists working in the Cleveland area today. We at Breakneck have hand picked a few of our favorite female artists who teeter on the borders of girly, dark, playful, and well, kick-ass.

Danielle Ladovich is a local artist and CIA alumni that portrays situations and thoughts that are dark and usually go unspoken through her art.
Angela Oster is an artist, illustrator, and creator of criminally cute, odd and wonderful beings. She is a CIA alumni and lives in Rocky River.http://angelaoster.nationbuilder.com/http://angelaoster.com/
Rachel Latina is a local artist in Cleveland whose paintings focus on the dark, the deranged, and the demented appearance of the female form and visage, attempting to make that which is unsightly, alluring to the viewer.
Meredith Hahn is a local Cleveland artist who practices two styles of art, organic surrealism, as seen in her "mother nature" series, and pop graphic, dealing with her long armed character of despair.
Oliver moved to Lakewood, Ohio four years ago from Atlanta, Georgia where she completed her BFA in Illustration and Printmaking at Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). Her newest works are on illustrations, and three dimensional interactive creations.
"The architecture of my work is indicative to gallery exhibits I have participated in. My overall goal is to include the viewer as part of my work. To accomplish this, I have created life sized paper dolls and puppets, intended for the
public to handle. By giving viewers physical or mental gallery-show favors, I break down the barriers of traditional gallery displays, making it indiscriminatory, interactive, and most importantly, fun.”
