Over these four days you will learn the principles of restorative leadership, an engaging, collaborative and effective way to exercise your authority taught by instructors from the International Institute for Restorative Practices Graduate School.


The skills you learn in these four days will strengthen your ability to help others handle their own issues and achieve their own goals.


Attendees will learn to:
Build relationships with staff using practical supervision strategies
Respond to conflicts using an approach that repairs relationships
Effectively manage organizational change.
Employ your strengths as a leader to overcome gaps and weaknesses.
