Estefany Galán, a native of Colombia, is receiving rave reviews for her café and juice bar that opened last fall. It’s sure to rival the success of her husband Juan’s Barroco Grill.  IRTF appreciates Estefany hosting this fundraiser for Cleveland’s first-ever LGBT delegation to El Salvador, for El Salvador’s first-ever LGBT national conference.
