5th Annual Mayor's Ball

Beck Center for the Arts rolls out the red carpet on Saturday, November 10 for the 5th Annual Mayor’s Ball hosted by Lakewood Mayor Michael P. Summers. “The arts are a vibrant part of our community with significant impact on our local economy,” said Mayor Summers. “We are pleased to support this cultural gem to ensure the arts continue to be affordable and accessible to all residents.”

The Mayor’s Ball kicks off at 7 p.m. Guests will enjoy cocktails and delicious hors d’oeuvres from the area’s finest restaurants and live music performed by the Samuel-Anastasi “Little Big Band” in the Cleveland Artists Foundation Gallery and Daniels Lounge at Beck Center. Mayor Summers will honor Lakewood resident Steven Ott by presenting him with Key to the City of Lakewood for his many years of volunteerism and civic support. Party goers can dance the night away until the clock strikes 11 p.m.

Attendees may purchase raffle tickets and enter to win fabulous prizes including an instant wine cellar donated by members of Beck Center’s Board of Directors, a diamond pendant from Broestl and Wallis Fine Jewelers, and two first-class airline tickets to any location in the United States courtesy of Abode Living. All raffle proceeds support the quality theater and arts education programs at Beck Center for the Arts. A silent auction will also be held to benefit the Lakewood Charitable Assistance Corporation.
