Cleveland Clinic will host the event during the weekly Community Farmers
Market in conjunction with North Union Farmers
Markets.

Why:

Native to Cleveland, Chef Bruell understands the importance of using
locally grown, environmentally friendly foods, and its overall impact on the
community.  The freshest, tastiest
produce is usually locally grown.
Purchasing local food is not only healthier for you, but for our economy
too!

“Diners crave the freshness and flavor that comes from using locally
sourced ingredients, and we’re fortunate to have access to amazing local
producers here in Northeast Ohio. I’ll
demonstrate how simple it is to utilize these fresh ingredients in healthy,
gourmet dishes that you can make at home.” – Zack Bruell, Chef and Restaurateur

Hubbard)

“Learning how to prepare fresh, locally harvested produce from a
professional of Zack’s caliber presents an amazing opportunity for our mid-week
market.  It’s our hope that everyone can
educate themselves on making positive food choices that are healthy, delicious,
and supportive of our local farmers!” - Julie Marth, Program Manager, Office for
