4th Annual Breast Cancer Research Fundraiser to Benefit the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research

Watch some fast paced college lacrosse games and support breast cancer research at the same time.  Come out to the 4th Annual Fall Breast Cancer Research Fundraiser organized by Burning River Lacrosse.

100% of the proceeds of the
event benefit the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research

  • The event is on Sunday October 13, 2013 at Hawken School’s Walton Stadium, located at 12465
    County Line Road, Chesterland. Gates open at 9:45 am.  The first
    game starts at 10:30 am.  The event runs until 5:00 PM
  • The event features top tier
    college lacrosse teams from University of Detroit Mercy, Mercyhurst University(2011 National Champions), Seton
    Hill University
    , Lake Erie College, The College of Wooster, Hiram College, Ohio Wesleyan
    University, Kenyon College, Walsh University, Washington and Jefferson
    College
    and Wittenberg University.
  • See local lacrosse stars and former Burning River Elite players compete in front of the home crowd.
  • Hear former Miss Ohio, Tiffany Baumann Cantelupe, speak about how breast cancer affected her life.
Tickets: ($5 in advance/ $10 day of) will be available in advance at all Burning River events, by contacting Burning River at 216.373.5684 or on the day of the event.  We will also be selling specially designed shorts (our BR/Chipotle shorts) and T-Shirts (new pink design) with all proceeds from the clothing sales being donated to the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research.
