Beginning Jan. 25, the free clinic for the low-income uninsured, will begin seeing registered patients at a second location at Westown Physician Center in Cleveland

Beginning January 25, 2012, North Coast Health Ministry (NCHM), a free clinic serving the low-income uninsured, will offer primary care appointments at the Westown Physician Center at 10654 Lorain Avenue in Cleveland.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and will take place on Wednesday and Thursday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m.

“Our provision of care at this site will allow us to bring care closer to some of our patients in the city of Cleveland,” says NCHM Executive Director Lee Elmore.  “Many of our patients have transportation issues, and our hope is that, by offering our services in this in this area, more low-income, uninsured patients will be able to readily access the care they need, despite the transportation challenges they face.”
