Chance to Win an Austrian Holiday to Support North Coast Health Ministry

The winning ticket holder of North Coast Health Ministry’s Austrian Holiday raffle will win enjoy a week’s long holiday at St. Johann’s Alpenland Sporthotel in the Salzburg Province of Austria and a $3,000 travel voucher redeemable for round-trip airfare. 

In summer, enjoy Salzburg’s castles and palaces, mountain tours and hiking.  In winter, enjoy a ski-lover’s paradise.  Accommodations are for up to 4 people in a one-room efficiency unit with queen-size bed and sofa sleeper.  The vacation package prize may be redeemed through December 15, 2014.

The winning ticket will be drawn on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at North Coast Health Ministry’s Summer Garden Party Celebration gala at LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westlake, Ohio.  Winner need not be present to win.

Accommodations are donated by Thomas and Lynne Sexstella; airfare voucher sponsored by Fairview Hospital and St. John Medical Center.  All proceeds benefit North Coast Health Ministry, a free clinic serving the low-income uninsured in western Greater Cleveland.

About North Coast Health Ministry

North Coast Health Ministry provides free health care to low-income uninsured individuals and families on Greater Cleveland’s West Side.  In 2011, NCHM served 2,740 patients who had no other route to health care.  With the support of 140 volunteer physicians, nurses and other caregivers, NCHM is able to provide primary health care, specialty referrals, prescription assistance, behavioral health care and social service referrals to the medically underserved.  NCHM strives to be the medical home for its patients providing preventive care and chronic disease management as well as care for acute illnesses and injuries. NCHM’s primary location is at 16110 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, Ohio.
