Every now and then people will ask me about what I eat for breakfast.  When I mention that I do eat eggs every morning as part of my breakfast invariably someone will say, “How can you eat them everyday? Don’t you know they’re not good for you?”  Well, nothing could be further from the truth.  Eggs are very healthy, and the fact that people think they are not is just one of the many myths about nutrition that has been passed around.  Although there are more, here are the top 13 nutritional lies that have not only denied people good nutrition, but have actually made them sick or sicker:
