StrEat Mobile Bistro has been conquering Cleveland-area roads with their food truck since 2010.

Izzy Schachner, owner of the popular StrEAT Mobile Bistro food truck, along with partner Jay Leitson and chefs Nate White and Tim Hoffman will be on-hand to cut the ribbon of their brick-and-mortar joint.

Radio partners, 87.7 Cleveland’s Sound are providing some of areas most talented musicians for street performances outside the restaurant from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday for the grand opening.

Fired Up Taco Truck, Jibaro, and Mason's Creamery along with Streat Mobile Bistro will be at the grand opening event, serving up some dishes in support of the Streat Burger grand opening.

The new restaurant will offer gourmet burgers designed to “push the creative culinary limits,” along with an extensive craft beer list, featuring 99 bottles of craft beers on the wall, also available for dine-in or take-out.

The “fast casual” concept offers “a mix-and-match” sandwich menu, allowing patrons to choose from multiple protein options — think Ohio farm-raised beef, beef burgers with ground bacon, chicken breast, pulled pork, herbed turkey or a black bean-and-quinoa burger.

There’s also a nice selection of buns, too.

Other menu offerings include mac ‘n’ cheese and salads — with optional sides of hand cut rosemary duck fat fries, fried pickle chips, baskets of hand cut fries paired with house-made dipping sauces and more.

Check out the entire menu here, or head over to the grand opening on Wednesday.

Don’t fret, the StrEat Mobile Bistro isn’t losing its wheels.

The popular food truck is expected to continue to pound the pavement, on-hand at popular area events and available for private catering functions.
