PizzaBOGO Opens in Lakewood

The gourmet pizza chain based out of Hudson opened in the 2,000-square-foot space most-recently occupied by the Four Seasons Tanning salon in the newly renovated Lakewood Plaza.

For several months, anticipation has been building for the new PizzaBOGO, which quietly opened its doors in Lakewood this week.

The gourmet pizza chain based out of Hudson opened in the 2,000-square-foot space most-recently occupied by the Four Seasons Tanning salon in the newly renovated Lakewood Plaza.

Robert Kopis, the co-owner of pizzaBOGO, told Lakewood Patch last year noted the already existing “great pizza shops” in the area.

“But we’re a different kind of pizza shop,” he said.

A review on Cleveland Heights Patch noted that the pizza shop had 35 toppings, “which you can pile on individually. In addition to the expected ingredients there are many unique items such as sirloin steak tips, asparagus, Chow Mein noodles, and fresh mango.”

The first pizzaBOGO opened in Hudson in 2004. There are now five of them, including a new one North Olmsted.
