Breaking Ground on Clifton Pointe

The first phase of the multi-million-dollar project to build 17 upscale townhomes along the Rocky River is set (officially) begin next Tuesday.

Construction of the $15 million first phase of the is set to begin on Sloane Avenue.

Demolition has already begun on the three properties — starting at 1300 Sloane Avenue — to make way for 17 upscale townhomes along the Rocky River.

hasn’t even broken ground yet, but at least 10 of the units are already spoken for.

“We’re looking for seven other lucky buyers,” Andrew Brickman, the developer behind the project, said recently.

This past fall, the developers of the multi-million-dollar project land for $800,000.

Brickman — along with his partners, Justin Campbell and Nate Barrett — closed on the property in November.

The first units are expected to be completed by next fall. 

An official ground-breaking ceremony is set for next Tuesday.
