Poet Lights up the Stage at Lakewood Public Library

Vladimir Swirynsky reads poems from his 13th book.

One of the most important voices in Cleveland poetry, Vladimir Swirynsky shared his gift of poetry with those in attendance at special event at Lakewood Public Library on Saturday night.

He read some poems from his latest book “La Beau Hostel: Arizona and Other Poems," and he also shared some of his classics.

Swirynsky was introduced by fellow poets Deborah Gilbert and Brian Taylor.
