Sub-Rosa in Concert
Sub-Rosa features four vocalists with lots of harmony. Their repertoire includes original compositions, rock, country, blues, and a few surprises.
Sub-Rosa's lead singer, songwriter and guitarist, Jerry Allen, recorded several releases on the MGM Record Label under the name Jerry Channing. His international release "Little Girl In The Magazine" was recorded in Japanese in the late 1960's. This recording as well as "Lonely Just Like Me" and "When You Loved Me" can still be heard on Oldies Stations around the USA and overseas.
Vocalist, guitarist, mandolin and harmonica player Joe Stevens has toured the Eastern States, Missouri, Texas and Saudi Arabia. Electric bass player / vocalist Mark Douglas and drummer / vocalist Tim Douglas are both veterans of Rockgarden and Charlie Brown’s Crossroads.
Acoustic rock, country and blues band Two For The Road opens the show.
