Spooky Pooch Parade

Lakewood Alive Events, Neighbor

5th Annual parade for pet owners and their favorite “four-legged” friends who dress in their finest Halloween costumes and march down closed Detroit Avenue from St. Charles to Arthur and back.
Enjoy entertainment and pet-related vendors.
Judging and Prizes awarded.
