Directed by Beck Center Artistic Director Scott Spence, Annie features equity actors Caitlin Elizabeth Reilly as the faithful Grace Farrell and Gilgamesh Taggett as bullish billionaire Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks, as well as a talented ensemble of 27 area actors who share this story of hope for the holidays, according to a Beck Center news release.

The show times are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2:30 p.m. Sundays — note the early curtain times. There are additional 2:30 p.m. matinee performances on Dec. 15 and Dec. 29 (but no evening performance on Dec. 29) and Jan. 5.

A special 7:30 p.m. Thursday show will also be offered on Dec. 20 and Dec. 27.

Tickets are now on sale, but matinee performances are selling fast.

“I am thrilled to be directing one of Broadway's ‘perfect musicals,’” said Spence in a news release. “Celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, ‘Annie’ has become a story we all love to see and hear over and over again.

“But I think the greatest thrill is for the young newcomers. This is a classic musical for families to experience together and introduce theater to the next generation of arts lovers.”

Tickets for Annie are $28 for adults, $25 for seniors (65 and older), $12 for students (with valid ID), and $10 for children (12 and under). An additional $3 service fee per ticket is applied at the time of purchase.
