The double steetcar tracks make me think Center Avenue, with those houses and construction equipment on the left being the beginnings of Stanford Avenue.

Center Ave. and Glenmore after the bend in center behind Betsy Ann Candies just past Township

The answer is Center Avenue in West View -- on the right -- and the beginnings of Glenmore Avenue on the left.
