Pet(s) of the Week: Schroeder and Lucy

Meet Schroeder and Lucy.  

These kitty siblings are about as cute and playful as can be.  Schroeder is the curious one and Lucy just wants attention.

Both kitties are neutered/spayed, have received initial vaccination and initial deworming medication.  These kitties will deliver hours of entertainment and would make a wonderful addition to any family.

Adoption fees are only $35.

That includes deworming medicines, initial vaccination, capstar flea pill (seasonal), a collar with identification tag, a cardboard carrier, and initial veterinarian visit with second vaccination from participating local veterinarian.

Adoption hours are from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, and from noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The shelter is located at 1699 Metropark Dr. in Lakewood (in the Metroparks, just beyond the Lakewood Dog Park).

Schroeder and Lucy are available for adoption at the Lakewood Animal Shelter, located in the Cleveland Metroparks, on Cleveland Metroparks Drive just south of the Dog Park. 

The organization is asking for the public's help. The Lakewood Animal Shelter is at capacity with cats, and that means homes are needed for all of the animals — and fast. 

This time of year is especially difficult, because influx is high and cages are limited.
