Childcare Needed

HI. I am looking for someone that would be able to stay with my daughter from 2:15 until approximately 4:30 monday through friday. She is an eight year old that does well at doing for herself just needs someone to stay with her between her dad going to work and My getting home from work. This person would also be helpful once school starts in picking her up from school and staying with her until I arrive home.
