Big or Small, We Have Your New Best Friend!

Animals are waiting at the Lakewood Animal Shelter to meet their new best friend - YOU! King and Hera are just two of the many homeless animals available for adoption.

King is a large, handsome boy. He's friendly, likes to play and gets along great with other dogs. A little nervous at the shelter, he can be a bit vocal when you first meet him, but that's just King's way of saying "HI!"

Hera is a gorgeous tortoiseshell Manx, with a unique shortened tail. She's friendly and gets along well with other cats, but has her "sassy" moments...and with a face that pretty, who can blame her?

King, Hera, and many others are available for adoption at the Lakewood Animal Shelter, located in the Cleveland Metroparks, on Cleveland Metroparks Drive (Valley Parkway) just south of the Dog Park. Adoption fees are always low - only $35. Includes deworming medicines, initial vaccination, flea treatment,  a collar with identification tag, a cardboard carrier, initial veterinarian visit with second vaccination from participating local veterinarians. Adoption hours are Tuesdays & Thursday 12 to 6, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 12-4. Please visit our website at http://www.cclas.info and our blog at www.cclaspets.blogspot.com.
