This 90 minute workshop for seniors takes the hassle out of home repairs by focusing on the basics of planning and bidding out projects:
- obtaining and reviewing bids
- specifiying what is to be done
- selecting a contractor
- avoiding common pitfalls
- monitoring work
Transportation and lunch is available for a suggested donation.
Workshop fee is $5 for residents 60 years and older and $15 for those under 60 years old.
Particpants must register before February 27, 2013.
