Wow Colin had no idea that the first 5 articles on the front page would all be for your candidate. So much for balanced reporting.

Wow. Nicely done. Can't wait to hear her on The Voice.
I think the President will likely win based on these polls I'm reading but I'm upset since there's nothing about the budget. I'm working within my budget. Milk, gas, fruit, cereal- all more expensive. We've taken a paycut like many.
I read this today:
"If current policies continue, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office recently projected, federal debt will rise from 70 percent of gross domestic product today to about 225 percent by 2040 — not even remotely sustainable. By that point, the federal government would be spending nearly four times as much on debt interest payments as on education, skills training, research and development and nondefense infrastructure combined."

I've heard discussions from Alice Rivlin and others. I don't understand why more isn't being done to save these programs from going bankrupt (or bankrupting us).
I'm tired of folks fighting over their piece of the pie. We need this pie to grow but so many worried about the future.
So, my vote is based on that. I don't care about the rest. Hopefully, if the President wins he'll show some leadership and act like a grownup and get DC to live within our means.
So, it's really a vote for my kids. Simple as that.

Grace, you did a fantastic job, & I'm proud to be able to say I know you. It's been a long time since I heard the National Anthem done justice by a local vocalist in your age group. Absolutely stunning. You sounded--& looked--the part. Truly awe-inspiring! A big thanks to your parents, teachers, coaches, & everyone else who has supported you in your musical journey over the years!
