Waiting for the scum in this world to blame the cops for chasing this law abiding citizen! The chase in Cleveland last year when cops shots 120 sometimes, should of been use by the national police union! Stating if you dont obey the law/ law enforcement this will happen to you!!!!

How about if you all have a little decency for the mans family, and take this down. No one needs to see this video except for those investigating internally. This is not a news, this is a man's life, and he now has a grieving family, who doesn't need to be subjected to stumbling upon this.

Murrie, while the police do have a right to protect themselves, the public does NOT have a right to see this video. No one has said the police should erase the video, we have said it doesn't belong on the internet for people to see. If you knew this family, and the pain they are dealing with at all you would agree. This vidoe does no one any good at all, no one needs to be subjected to finding this online. no one. Not the family, not friends, no one. TAKE THE VIDEO DOWN!!!

I said you don't know the kind of person he is, and you still don't. What you see on paper is not the measure of a person. We all make mistakes in our lives, it doesn't mean we are bad people, it means we are human, and posting any prior mistakes he made is were your lack of compassion shows. By doing that you do nothing but add to a families pain, and that is just down right mean.
Also, I see no where, and I have heard nothing to say that anyone has questioned the way the police handled it. But again, because you don't know the family or his friends, you wouldn't know that. I see nowhere that anyone has said that he shouldn't have been pulled over, no one has said the police killed him. You are making assumptions about how the people involved are reacting with no knowledge of actual events, besides what you have seen or read in the papers. I guess we are going to have to agree to disagree because I don't not believe, and will never believe that the public has a right to know everything that goes on. We have turned in to a nation a voyeurs that thinks we are entitled to every little detail of every little thing. I find it disgraceful.

I do not understand the fuss. It doesn't show the body. He is lucky no one was sitting on the steps at the time as it could have been much worse. Or hit another car head on loaded with family members. He caused this pain and suffering to his family, when all he had to do was stay put when first pulled over. End of story.

Murrie, you're being a total douche bag. I grew up with Dana, I am his first cousin. I just needed to be reminded that this was real, so I went looking back into the news to remember this isn't a nightmare. Then I see these heartless comments. You must be Godless to know no sympathy. Who gives a dogs butt about the police? It's a police state man, they're everywhere. Yeah, Dana should've stopped. And you should've kept your foot in your mouth. Shut up!
