WATCH: Clifton Pointe Development (Officially) Breaks Ground
More than half of the 17 townhome units along the Rocky River are already sold.
Just as demolition began on three homes on Sloane Avenue, construction began on the Clifton Pointe townhomes that will replace them.
Developers and city leaders hosted a ribbon-cutting event, to mark the construction of 17 townhomes that will stretch from Sloane to the Rocky River.
