Three Birds Changing Its Name — Community Input Requested

The restaurant opens its new patio, working on adjacent jazz club.

When Mickey Krivosh and his son, Ryan, took over the popular Three Birds restaurant in April, the plans were to eventually change the name.

That time has come — and the owners of the Detroit Avenue fine-dining establishment are asking for the community's input.

According to cleveland.com, Mickey and Ryan Krivosh are planning a contest to select a new name for the restaurant:

They are working out the details, but the contest would allow for submissions from patrons. The patron who provides the winning name would be awarded dinner for two and a bottle of wine. The contest should begin soon.

Other than new patio seating and a jazz club in the works in a portion of the adjacent Bonne Bell building, there have been few changes.

All of the employees are staying onboard and Chef Rachael Spieth will stay in the kitchen. The menu is also expected to remain the same.

Mickey, You always wanted a jazz club. Congratulations. I look forward to seeing some of the name submissions. Nice way to create buzz.

I think the Three Birds should become "Across the Street"!
