St. Edward High School wrestler Edgar Bright is an unblemished 17-0 this season at 112 pounds. Bright, a sophomore, is ranked in some polls as the second-best wrestler in the state in his weight class -- behind only Ryan Taylor of St. Paris Graham, his opponent this weekend.

Edgar Bright, St. Edward High School, recently gave University of Pittsburgh's wrestling program an oral commitment to attend the school.
The Plain Dealer reported that Bright — who took second place in the state tournament at 132 pounds last season — picked the Panthers over Arizona State, Nebraska and Ohio State so he could stay close to home.
Bright is expected to compete at 141 or 149 pounds at Pitt, according to the story.
