Readers' Choice: What's the Best Family-Friendly Restaurant in Lakewood?

Where is your favorite place to take the kids for a meal?

Eating out with the kids is a whole different story than going out as a couple or with friends.

Does the restaurant have a kids' menu? Chocolate milk? Placemats that can be colored? A staff that doesn't mind a few spills and a lot of crumbs?

We took nominations earlier this week and made a few selections of our own and came up with some Lakewood eateries that definitely have families in mind, with either kid-friendly menus, reasonable prices or novelty.

Not surprisingly, your suggestions came rolling in.

Here are a few: Aladdin's; Angelo's; and The Coffee Pot.

That just a few.

Take our poll below and share your thoughts with other readers about where you like to dine as a family.

We'll take votes until 5 p.m. Friday and post the results on Saturday.

If your choice isn't listed, just check "Other" and tell us what it is in the "Comments" box.

56 west! They're GREAT with us and my 6 year old. Once, the cook came out with an array of bread selections so my son could pick one for his grilled cheese. THAT is service.
