An automatic weapon? I seriously doubt that. Please don't write articles that are not based on facts.

21644107guy,
The information we publish in police blotter is gathered from police reports. Fact: The police report noted there was a man spotted with an automatic weapon. The police report did not specify which type of weapon it was — or we would have reported it. The man wasn't caught.
We report what happens in Lakewood — that includes when someone calls police.
