uhhhh...i think it is pretty outdated,,,,the wall treatments are really yukky and all i see is about 75K in redecorating expenses....god only knows how the mechanics are in the house and theres another 12K in new windows as well

I always love when people comment on window treatments and other decor that the current homeowner has. None of that will likely be yours after you buy it. I'm not saying this is or isn't a 400,000 $ house but I'm sure you can't make that assumption off of 5 tiny pictures from a website.
