The clouds and rain parted just in time for the Fitness for Everyone event at Lakewood Park on Sunday.

The event — formerly known as Recess Rocks — was all about health, fitness and fun.

Thousands strolled through the park to find a playland for children and adults alike.

My 5 year old Grandson, Cameron Knoblauch, the little guy shooting the basketball had such a great time at the Lakewood Park, Fitness for Everyone this past Sunday. It really ended up being a Beautiful Day of Fun-Time Fitness and lots of Family Bonding.
