Fresh on the heels of last weekend’s “Come Home to Lakewood” house tour, there’s another tour slated for homes in Lakewood that are actually for sale.

More than 25 homes in the city will be on display in a joint effort by the Lakewood real estate community and LakewoodAlive to show off some of the housing stock on the market.

The event is scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Lakewood offers a diversity of housing rarely seen elsewhere, said Eric Lowrey, Realtor with Prudential Lucien said in a statement. 

"With houses from $70,000 to over $1,000,000, there is a home for everyone,” he said. “People who live here care about their city, their blocks, their local businesses, and their future." 

During the past few years, Lakewood has been featured in Business Week, This Old House andTravel + Leisure magazines as the best place to raise kids, coolest suburb and best place to buy and old house.
