Lakewood Man Sentenced to 25 Years for Sexually Assaulting Boy
Mark Lewis, of Newman Avenue, was found guilty last month on five counts of gross sexual imposition and five counts of kidnapping.
A 58-year-old Lakewood man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting a teenager for three years.
Mark Lewis, of Newman Avenue, was found guilty last month on five counts of gross sexual imposition and five counts of kidnapping.
According to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Lewis sexually assaulted a boy — now 19 — in his vehicle as well as the boy’s bedroom from 2007 to 2010.
Lewis knew the family from church, and was considered a “member of their family.”
“The victim would try to resist Lewis’ advances, but (Lewis) would ignore the victim’s requests to stop,” according to a statement from the prosecutor’s office.
Judge Daniel Gaul handed down the sentence this week in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

I am pretty sure I've seen him around before as I live on Newman. Sickening piece of garbage.

The guy looks like a weirdo. I'm glad he will have the next 25 years to think about his actions.
I also hope the boy gets counseling. He is going to need it.

How is it possible that this guy gets 25 years for touching someone against their will, and Timothy Spock gets 15 years for plowing into a crowd and KILLING TWO people?
Something's grossly unfair here
