How Lakewood Residents Voted In the Presidential 2012 Election

We delve into election results to see how Lakewood residents voted in each of the city's 41 precincts.

Barack Obama won the national vote and he won in Ohio.

He also won in Lakewood, according to unofficial vote totals from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, more than doubling the votes for Mitt Romney.

While Cuyahoga County is a Democratic stronghold, Republicans needed to perform well in the suburbs to shave off votes from the president's total.

In Lakewood, that strategy didn't go over so well.

Obama took each of the city's 41 precincts, collecting 16,229 total votes to Romney's 6,821.

Here's a breakdown of how each of the precincts went for president:

The headlines should be screaming "Millions of Americans duped again".
Axelrod and the Chicago gang ran one of the sleaziest campaigns ever defining Romney as something he was not. What is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Sadly, we will get more of the same from a president who was in over his head from day one. The Obamabots swallowed their lies, hook, line and sinker.

A corresponding map showing where the precincts lie would be helpful.

As dirty a campaign as George Bush ran against John Kerry? He painted a real war hero as a coward. Meanwhile, he stayed home as part of the National Guard. Remember the Swift Boat for Justice assholes? That was dirty. Go cry to your mother. Sounds like a sore loser here. Why don't you take a cue from Mr. Romney and bow out gracefully? Maybe your name will be on the ballot next time. You seem to have a lot of ideas.

Good point, Ian king! These people are just as benighted as the confederacy was! Don't they know a stupid, futile philosophy when they see it?!
