Mario A. Kinney, 48, is wanted for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl. There are three counts of each charge. He is about 5’11” and 170 pounds.

This is a ridiculous comment/question. Not EVERYTHING is "racist"! READ the crime statistics in Cleveland and look at who the warrants are for : Most all are Black; not due to racism but due to the fact they are the criminals who are on the run..... Period!
