A vote for Obama is a vote for the devil?

Several residents in the 17000 block of Narragansett Avenue reported receiving notices in their mailboxes on Oct. 26 noting they were “going to hell if they voted for President Obama in the upcoming elections.” Officers were alerted to keep an eye out. There have been several election-related shenanigans reported during the past few weeks — including a number of political signs that have been reported stolen.

Drunken driving

A man was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop near Detroit Avenue and Wooster Road at around 2:30 a.m. Oct. 27.

Disturbance

A “highly intoxicated” woman locked herself in the bathroom of her home in the 1300 block of Webb Avenue and was throwing things around at around 3 a.m. Oct. 28. 

Copper pipes stolen

Copper pipes were reported stolen from a home in the 14900 block of Lanning Avenue at around 9 a.m. Oct. 28.
