Fugitives of the Week Wanted for Aggravated Robbery, Felonious Assault at Gunpoint and More

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office is looking for these men and women.

Clifford J. Powers, 43, is wanted for a variety of charges, including aggravated burglary, kidnapping and felonious assault. Allegedly, he broke into the home of a family member and held her at gunpoint. He also assaulted her and caused damage to her vehicle. He is about 6’2” and 217 pounds. Susan J. Massingille, 34, is wanted for a motor vehicle certificate of title offenses. Police say she sold a motor vehicle with a fraudulent title. She is about 100 pounds, and her height was not listed. Credit Courtesy of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office
Frederick T. Clark, 29, is wanted for multiple charges of aggravated burglary, felonious assault and kidnapping. He allegedly broke into someone’s home and assaulted the residents at gunpoint, along with the help of two others. He is about 5’3” and 250 pounds. David A. Haas, 25, is wanted for charges including kidnapping, abduction and domestic violence. Police say he assaulted a family member and held her against her will. He also violated his probation. He is about 6’0” and 137 pounds. Credit Courtesy of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office
