Frost Announces Run for US Congress at Lakewood Republican Organization Event
Organization meets, talks strategy at social event Tuesday night at Deagan's.
More than two dozen elected officials, residents and candidates for public office attended Lakewood Republican Organization's social event Tuesday evening at Deagan's Kitchen and Bar.
There, Robert Frost, the chairman of the Cuyahoga County Republican Party, announced his run against US Rep. Dennis Kucinich for a seat in the US Congress.
His announcement was met with cheers from those in attendance.
"You're going to see me over the next three, four and five moths doing all the building and planning work," Frost said. "The most important thing, work hard this year ... Let's get people elected this year in Lakewood. If we do the work this year, it makes next year very easy.
"This is a building year."

Alright! Finally a guy that supports letting us carry our Constitutionally Protected guns into a bar!
Vote for Frost if you carry a gun!

Is this Frost's platform - guns in bars? Good luck.

Of course this in not the whole platform. Frost supports all of the good Republican ideals including having a strong military that is not afraid to fight unlike Kucinich who wants to bring the troops home. I mean come on what use is the military if you can't use them and a strong defence provides good job.
Frost will also work with local officials to cut out local waste. Just look at the millions Lakewood wasted on the unneeded new schools. Education waste in Lakewood will stop when the current board is tossed out

If Frost beat Kucinich would his office be in Lakewood?

Glad to hear that the Republicans are FINALLY running a credible candidate. Will they support him with $$$ or will they pretend that they really want to win this district?
David,
It is the responsibility for you and me, aka the Voters, to retain or toss out current board members. This is not the responsibility of the congressman for this district.
