Fight on the Roof of a Lakewood Business

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Fight leads to tresspassing charges

Police received a report of a half-dozen boys fighting on the roof of a building in the 1300 block of Belle Avenue at around 3:30 p.m. April 26. When officers arrived, they charged eight boys with trespassing.

Drug abuse

A man was cited for drug abuse following a traffic stop in the 1400 block of 117th Street at around 1 a.m. April 24.

Criminal damaging

Police received a report that the St. Cyril and Methodius Church was spray-painted with graffiti at around 10 a.m. April 24.

Burglary

A man was charged with burglary after he broke into a vacant home in the 12200 block of Detroit Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. April 25.

Grand theft

A woman reported her car stolen from her home in the 2200 block of Waterbury Avenue at around 8 a.m. April 25.

Drug charges

Two women were found unconscious — but breathing — on the floor of a Burger King bathroom at around 11:30 a.m. April 26. When they woke up, they were each charged with drug paraphernalia.
