Mother Charged After Child Found Naked on Hilliard Road
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Clarification: The mother was not charged but the case was turned over to Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.
Child endangering
A young girl was found naked in the middle of street in the 15500 block of Hilliard Road at around 1 p.m. Sept. 4. The mother was found on nearby Arthur Avenue.
Drug abuse
A man and a woman were each charged with drug abuse following a traffic stop near the intersection of Emily Avenue and Warren Road at around 11 p.m. Sept. 5.
Drunken driving
A woman was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after she struck a parked car in the 13300 block of Madison Avenue at around 12:15 a.m. Sept. 5.
Theft
A man was charged with petty theft and obstruction of official business after he was caught going through a vehicle in the 1600 block of Rosewood Avenue at around 10 p.m. Sept. 5.
