Big Surprise at the End of the High School Holiday Concert
Choir Director Lisa Hanson was presented with the Ohio Music Education Association's Outstanding Teacher of the Year award.
The Lakewood High School Chorale Concert filled the Lakewood Civic Auditorium with holiday cheer on Wednesday night.
But it was surprise at the end of the performance that may have stolen the show.
Choir Director Lisa Hanson is closing the curtain on her 15-year career at Lakewood High School at the end of this school year.
And as the icing on the cake of her 35-year career, the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) selected her as its Outstanding Teacher of the Year.
