Twelve Lakewood properties in foreclosure are scheduled to go to sheriff's sale in October, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Four have already sold.

In September, 13 homes were sold at auction, and four others were withdrawn from the sale list by orders of the court.
